Welcome to Cliffe Safety Solutions, let me introduce myself!

Hi there and welcome to Cliffe Safety Solutions, let's start with a little introduction! My name is Marissa Delmage, and I am the owner of Cliffe Safety Solutions, I offer Health & Safety services as well as Project Management and Change Management services. I am located in southeast Saskatchewan, but don't let my location deter you from reaching out, with technology advancements I offer my services wherever you are located.

A little bit about me professionally, I have been in the Health and Safety industry for over a decade, I have developed a deep passion for sharing my knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety practices as well as Management Systems. I truly believe in the message of practicing safe behaviors not only at work but at home as well. When we carry these practices over into our everyday life they become habitual, and we deviate from the path of practicing health and safety primarily for the purpose of compliance and truly begin to change behavior and culture.

On a more personal note, I am a mother to 3 wonderful children who keep me on my toes and teach me new and exciting things daily. In our spare time we enjoy most things outside from skiing in the winter to dirt biking in the summer, this is when we can squeeze it in as we also farm with my husbands family. One of my favorite tasks in the springtime is fencing I enjoy packing up as a family and exploring the pasture while we work and of course having picnics along the way.

The lifestyle we have chosen to live and raise our family in does inherently carry high risk as we have daily interaction with machinery, wildlife and general traffic.

My goal as a parent is very similar to that as a business owner, I want to equip all with the basic skills of risk identification and mitigation as a minimum, as the world around us is ever changing, if I can educate you on the plan > do > check > act cycle and you enact it, you are doing everything possible to reduce your risk to as low as reasonable possible.
