- RACI chart development, RACI stands for responsible, accountable, consulted and informed. A RACI chart is a matrix of all the activities or decision-making authorities undertaken in an organization set against all the people or roles. This tool will help keep your project on track by defining responsibilities.

- SWOT Analysis, this is a framework for identifying and analyzing an organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Our primary goal with this is to increase your awareness of the factors that go into making a business decision or establishing a business strategy.

- Gnatt charts, this tool set illustrates work completed over a period time in relation to the time planned for work identifying the critical path that could impact your project success.
